Job Title: QA Manager
Location: Louisville, KY
Duration: 12+ months
Experience Required: 10+ years
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Mandatory Skills:
1. Candidate must have 10+ Years of experience in IT along with 5+ years of experience in QA Management.
2. Having knowledge in Health Insurance industry will be advantage.
3. Developing testing strategies
4. Maintaining and improving testing roles
5. Facilitating development
6. Evaluating training and development needs
7. Managing tests, Minimizing budget expenditure on tests
8. Setting up schedules
9. Documenting tests findings
10. Supervising test teams
11. Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
12. Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
13. Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
14. Track project milestones and deliverables.
15. Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations.
16. Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas.
17. Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
18. Experience working with cross functional teams.
Desirable Skills:
1. Good Communication skills verbal and non-verbal are Must.
2. Good knowledge on Waterfall and Agile methodology.
3. Knowledge about Clarity will be preferred.
4. QA certification would be a plus.
