1)      Must have 4-6 yrs of strong hard core WCF Development and Prod  Support Experience
2)      Strong in C#
3)      Object Oriented Programming (OOP)
4)      Dependency Injection
5)      High Performance Coding
6)      Nice to have experience on ORACLE database
