| # Positions | Description 5+ years QA experience with in-depth understanding of software testing principles and techniques Mainframe Development experience preferred Experience with TSYS is a plus Proficient in test management tools like Quality Center for Requirements, Planning, and Design & Execution of manual scripts, Defect management, Generating reports and Traceability Create master test plans and detailed test cases based on functional requirements and specifications Analyze use cases, complex system requirements and business requirements to ensure testability of the product Lead test teams - Prioritize testing tasks and schedule tasks in accordance with project delivery guidelines and methodology In-depth knowledge of testing methods and processes Ability to drive Defect Review meetings and track defect statuses to the appropriate state Offshore co-ordination – Work with the offshore team and function as the single POC between onsite and offshore teams Work with Business Analysts, Project Managers and other stakeholders to meet project milestones Work with Third Party vendor development and project management teams Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) are required. Strong troubleshooting and investigative skills. Self-motivated, team player with a positive attitude Ability to multitask effectively and have excellent time management and organizational skills |
