Title: Service Now Consultant
Duration: 6+ months OR RTH (Right To Hire)
Location: Somerset, NJ or Jersey City, NJ
Job Description:
• Provide analysis, design and development of Service-Now trouble ticketing and incident
management systems to support the company's technical operations
• Write Custom Reports, scripts and integrate with 3rd party software
• Create full documentation for Service-Now applications
• Provide training and support to all Service-Now users
Responsibilities:
• Configure Service-Now applications, modules and plug-ins
• Create schedules, reports and monitor performance of Service-Now
• Lead full project lifecycle including analysis, workflow diagrams and implementation plans
• Interface extensively with all areas of the organization including Operations and Development
• Work independently with minimal supervision
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience implementing and customizing Service-Now
• Working knowledge of web technology such as JavaScript, CSS, HTML
• Experience in analyzing user's requirements, developing business processes and creating
technical specifications for Service-Now
• Web Services integration experience using APIs
• Experience supporting Service-Now in a Windows/Unix environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
