| Roles & Responsibilities
| 1. Design and Develop enterprise applications using Agile methodology. Design core components using Conceptwave Order care Tool. 2. Able to create BPEL process flow diagrams and bind them effectively with the order processing work flow using Conceptwave Order care Tool 3. Able to create and publish the webservice and JMS queue interfaces using Conceptwave OrderCare Tool 4. Able to create JMS queues using Oracle weblogic server 5. Able to deploy the business components using Oracle weblogic server. 6. Diagrams, and sometimes pseudo-code level details. 7. Develop detailed designs using Object-Oriented Methodology. 8. Develop and unit test frameworks and mechanisms central to building XML/SOAP-based web services. 9. Develop Java Components 10. Create database objects to support components 11. Write Unit Test Cases 12. Utilize commercial off-the-shelf and open source technologies 13. Identify functional test scenarios in line with business objectives. 14. Support testing efforts and Support documentation efforts 15. Understand and consume application requirements and use cases 16. Design and document technical solution strategies and architectures fulfilling complex business requirements 17. Interact with experts from support teams regarding the definition and application of non-functional requirements for the solution to be developed 18. Develop prototype and architecture for new concepts and technology that would eventually be used by the Development teams. 19. Provide support and mentoring to both senior- and junior-level developers distributed amongst the Development teams. 20. Perform other duties as assigned | ||

Job Description
We have a need for a Senior JAVA/J2EE developer with T.Rowe Price. The position will be working with the Retirement Planning Services group The project consists of RIM ( Retirement Income Manager) enhancements along with other initiatives related to the RPS participant web site.This position will perform in the application developer role. The role will include design, coding and unit testing in IBM's WebSphere. Excellent at J2EE OO design and Architecture. Familiar with UI design concepts and frameworks (i.e. Struts). Ideal candidates will have strong technical skills as well as excellent analytical and problem solving skills. Should also have strong written and verbal communications. They want someone who can come in with direction and get up to speed quickly. They cannot have a mid-level developer who needs hand holding. This is a long term opportunity
