Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

·         Knowledge of and experience with of AWS services

·         Experience with bash (mandatory), ruby (preferred), powershell (might be required at some point), python (optional)

·         Experience with ops/support as system and storage/network administrator as L3

·         Knowledge of monitoring, alerting, CMDB etc.

·         Knowledge of ITIL support processes

·         Experience with Service Now, ZenOSS etc. will be nice to have
