Location : Santa Clara, CA
Duration : 6 to 9+ months contract
EAD, GC or Citizen
Candidates who are local to the SF Bay Area preferred. Client will require a F2F interview after the phone screen. Must have great communication skills. Rate is open/commensurate to experience.
Our client, a leading Silicon Valley company, has a contract position open for a Sr. Voice/Network Engineer to be responsible for direction or leadership to their service delivery process directing the design and implementation of their Voice System:
They would like to see candidate with experience in these areas:
· Cisco Voice
· Cisco data center
· Avaya voice systems
· Juniper switching/routing
· Cisco switching/routing
· Cisco Unified communications
· Cisco Jabber/video
Requirements:
· Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, related field and or technical training. Master's Degree is a plus
· 5+ yrs Voice experience in design and implementation services. Jabber and Lync 2013 preferred
· 5+ yrs CISCO routers and switches
· Strong background in IT service delivery role (i.e. Engineering support for projects)
· Has participated in design and implementation of major IT projects
· CCNP required. CCIE a plus.
