Products-Finance Consultant

Location: TX/Houston

Duration: 5 Months

 

 

 

 

Description

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

-Participate in CRP4 and assist users with testing

 

-Develop test scripts

 

-Assist with system configuration and BR100 updates

 

-Perform unit testing on existing RICEW elements that relate to the AP, PO modules)

 

-Communicate with clients, IT, and development team, third party vendors to finalize requirements, resolve issues, and confirm test results

 

 

 

Key Experience / Skills:

 

 

 

-Knowledge of Oracle iExp, AP, PO, and basic working knowledge of GL

 

-Requirement to be familiar with the following processes: AP and iExp workflow, AME experience is a plus, knowledge of AP payment processes such as check printing, ACH/EFT, remittance advice, travel card integration, purchase card integration

 

-Prior experience implementing travel card and purchase card on prior projects

 

-Preference is to have candidate that is also knowledgeable of Oracle Projects integration with Oracle PO, AP, and iExpense

 

Deliverables: Key Deliverables:

 

-Document unit test results

 

-Configure Oracle based upon RICEW requirements

 

-Update BR100 configuration documentation

 

-Test Scripts and review/update of training materials related to areas of focus

 

-Update of existing functional designs

 

Acceptance Criteria: All unit testing should be documented in a template that clearly outlines the test scenarios and test cases tested - this will be reviewed by Finance Team Lead

 

All functional design MD50 documentation will be documented and undergo a peer review and client review - this will also be reviewed by Finance Team Lead

 

BR100 will be reviewed by Finance Team Lead and client SMEs
