Experienced Biztalk 2010 developers who have a combined 3+ years of experience working as a tech lead on the following HIPPA 5010 transactions: 820, 834, 837I, 837P, 837D, 835. Emphasis will be given to 837P and 837I experience.

We need people that can play a tech lead role.
The individual would work with our architecture team to understand the desired architecture and design.
Capable writing tech specs based of the architecture design.
Capable of working with developers to walk through tech specs to position developers to efficiently code and unit test & debug.
Provide direction to a team of developers throughout the SDLC.
Work with the project manager to communicate estimates for coding, unit testing & debugging; deployment into each environment; system testing; UAT testing; and post production support warranty period. Must understand how to create a work breakdown structure project managers need to create and maintain the project plan.
This person must be delivery focused.
