Infrastructure Business Analyst / Infrastructure Project Manager

 

Job Description : The role involves managing project parameters, TCO analysis, Project tracking and stakeholder management

 

Requirements  (please note that MUST HAVE are mandatory and interviews will be conducted based on these skills:

 

MUST HAVE :

1. Excellent communication and inter-personal skills

2. Good to very good skills on MS-Excel (Pivots, multi-sheet calculations) and MS Power Point
3. Good with Jira, ITSM
4. Must have experience in working with global teams (USA, Europe and Asia)
5. Infrastructure Service management tools

 

GOOD TO HAVE:

6. ServiceNow, Remedy or infra monitoring tools experience
7. Infra certification
8. Project Management / Scrum Methodology
