Title- Technical Business Analyst

Duration: 1 year

Location: Auburn Hills, MI

Visa: USC or GC

 

Summary:

The Business data analyst collects, documents, and maintains the authoritative list of requirements for all development efforts. Responsible for researching and analyzing data, gathering requirements and creating documents for presentation.  Candidate will be translating how data is used in the business and map it to the target system.

 

General Responsibilities:

 

·         Analyze, refine, and document requirements using appropriate graphical & textual techniques, including functional and technical specifications.

·         Participates in and solicits document requirements

·         Researches, reviews and analyzes existing processes and develops strategies for enhancements.

·         Business process analysis

·         Responsible for documentation of logical processing flows.

·         Responsible for facilitating/brokering communication between project customers and other team members.

·         Responsible for data mapping; translating how data is used in the business and map it to the target system

 

Requirements-

·         Strong core BA skills; including (UML) Diagrams and Data Models and MS Visio

·         They need to have experience gathering requirements for system integrations (i.e. backend systems to cloud based systems) 

·         Working with external vendors –very important

·         Banking experience is required; preferable mortgage experience

·         Data mapping experience

·         Self-starter; ability to work independently

·         Ability to learn and pick up new material quickly

·         Excellent communication skills; liaison to business units

 

Preferred skills:

·         Citrix experience a plus (nice to have)

·         CBAP –preferred (not required)
