Job Details:
1. Manage Software Licensing Renewals and License Questions
• Vendor Contract Renewals
• Invoice Payment
• License Re-Assignment
2. Plan and Facilitate Leadership Meetings
• Project Status Updates
• Staff Meetings
• Monthly Planning Sessions
• Round Table Sessions
• Need Meeting minutes
• Take Action items
• Follow up on action items
3. Drive to completion Ad-Hoc functional management asks
• Examples include requests for information around accounts & system access, urgent escalations around some type of department level action.
4. SharePoint Content & General Upkeep
5. Help craft communication content for the architecture team & facilitate monthly call forums
6. As needed, help refactor architecture content (Visio diagrams/technical text) into Microsoft Publisher / Microsoft Power Point consumable presentations.
