Job Description:
Required Skills:
Strong desktop development skills with ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
Software development experience with expertise in C# and VB.net.
Strong SQL development(Preference 2014) ; Stored procedures and views and performance query tuning and experience with data sets in C#.
Understanding of SQL administration a plus
Robust troubleshooting and analytical skills with strong collaboration, negotiation and influencing skills.
Understand and critically evaluate systems end-to-end for strengths, weaknesses, impacts and improvements.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail.
Expertise and knowledge in Agile engineering practices (Continuous Integration, TDD).
Experience working with code repositories like TFS.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of LINQ/ADO.NET/Entity Framework
Multi-threading and service level application design and creation
Experience with continuous integration build systems (e.g. TFS, MSBuild, Jenkins)
Understanding of Agile methodology.
