Daily Duties/Responsibilities:
WORK COLLABORATIVELY WITH PROJECT TEAM TO TEST CODING CHANGES. DUTIES INCLUDE CREATION OF TEST SCENARIOS, RUNNING OF TESTS, ANALYSIS OF TEST RESULTS, RESOLUTIONS OF DIFFERENCES IN ACTUAL AND EXPECTED TEST RESULTS AND WORKING WITH SCDHHS TO SUPPORT USER ACCEPTANCE TESTING. COMMUNICATE EFFECTIVELY IN BOTH WRITTEN AND SPOKEN COMMUNICATION. WORK COLLABORATIVELY WITH CLEMSON STAFF AND OTHER CONTRACTED STAFF.
Required Skills (rank in order of Importance):
· MAINFRAME, MVS COBOL, JCL, SOFTWARE TESTING, CREATION OF TEST SCENARIOS

Scope of the Project:
THE CFS PROJECT IS PART OF THE DEPARTMENT OF SOCIAL SERVICES (DSS) AND IS RESPONSIBLE FOR DEVELOPING, IMPLEMENTING, MAINTAINING, AND OBTAINING FEDERAL CERTIFICATION OF A FEDERALLY-MANDATED CHILD SUPPORT ENFORCEMENT SYSTEM (CSES) THAT WILL PROVIDE COMPREHENSIVE SUPPORT TO THE OPERATION OF SOUTH CAROLINA'S CHILD SUPPORT ENFORCEMENT (CSE) PROGRAM AS WELL AS FOR COMPLETING THE DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF THE FAMILY COURT CASE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (FCCMS) FOR THE 46 CLERKS OF COURT.
Daily Duties/Responsibilities:
This is a new position on the CFS Project for a Data Conversion Business Analyst experienced in DSS Child Support Enforcement Systems and South Carolina Clerk of Court child support data. A significant portion of this position's responsibility will be to review the existing project documentation related to data conversion and to provide clarity and insight to the existing project team related to this documentation.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a proven ability to collaborate and coordinate activities with diverse groups, including stakeholders, team leads, vendors, project managers, and technical staff.
As the Data Conversion Business Analyst, this individual will:
· Review and update existing CFS Data Conversion documentation focusing on Clerk of Court child support data
· Familiarize CFS Data Conversion team members with Clerk of Court child support data
· Facilitate communication between the CFS Data Conversion project team and county Clerk of Court representatives.
Required Skills (rank in order of Importance):
· EXPERIENCED DATA ANALYST WITH EXTENSIVE EXPERIENCE PERFORMING DATA MODELING, DATA MAPPING, DATA CLEANSING, AND BUILDING DATA DICTIONARIES.
· BUSINESS ANALYSIS EXPERIENCE TO INCLUDE DATA FLOW DIAGRAMS, REQUIREMENTS SPECIFICATIONS, USE CASE SCENARIOS, AND ACCEPTANCE TESTING.
· RELATIONAL DATABASE EXPERIENCE INCLUDING WRITING QUERIES USING SQL SERVER
· STRONG ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS
· EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH MICROSOFT OFFICE 2010 TO INCLUDE EXCEL, WORD, VISIO AND POWERPOINT
· VERY GOOD ENGLISH COMMUNICATION SKILLS, WRITTEN AND ORAL
Preferred Skills
· 3-5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN CHILD SUPPORT ENFORCEMENT SYSTEM DATA CONVERSION REQUIRED
· 3-5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN SOUTH CAROLINA CLERK OF COURT CHILD SUPPORT DATA CONVERSION
