Role – Cvent Application Analyst
Location – Naples / Fort Myers, FL

Contract

Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for documenting meetings technology requirements, managing solution delivery timelines, designing and configuring Cvent tool to support meetings.
• Work with other members of the organization to understand the business needs, recommend solution proposals to address the business needs, document technology specifications and SOP's, and configure Cvent tool to meet the business needs.
• Strong meetings technology and data expertise required.
• The activities of this position have global implications, and the individual is expected to work with people across all geographies and divisions 

Qualifications:

• Experience in Life Sciences
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent relevant experience)
• Extensive knowledge of meetings management technologies and data analytics tools
• Good understanding of Meetings management
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, MS Project and Excel)
• Proficiency in Cvent configuration and administration
