·         The candidate must be highly collaborative and have ability that spans all areas of the User Centered Design process

·         The candidate will be will be responsible for research and design efforts for web based information architecture and interaction design

·         Good knowledge in UX design for mobile devices across popular form factors and Operating Systems

·         Expert knowledge of Axure and other widely accepted UX design and prototyping 

·         Strong hands-on experience on Photoshop, Illustrator and other popular design tools

·         3+ years of experience with application design (non static sites), content strategy, and content management systems

·         Ability to partner with BA and SMEs and client stakeholders to gather functional requirements based on business processes and user needs

·         Hands on experience with UX deliverables including  click-through prototypes, Visual Design and UI specifications

·         Hands on design of navigation, interaction, nomenclature systems, and UI diagrams including flows, wireframes, and sitemaps
