Role: LINUX-VMWARE SYSTEM ADMIN (L2-L3 support)

Location: -Phoenix, AZ

MULTIYEAR CONTRACT

Description:

• We has an immediate opening for a Linux-Vmware Systems Administrator in Phoenix, AZ. The successful candidate must have advanced hands-on experience with Linux (preferably RHEL 6.X/7.X) administration with application installation, support, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Recent experience with VMware system administration (vSphere 5.X/6.X) is required, as well as experience with deployment and configuration automation (VMware vCloud/vRealize).
  The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who excels in a customer service, team environment.

Basic Skills Required:

• Enjoys a fast paced environment
• Excellent Customer service skills
• Able to work and interact with others in a structured / team environment
• Accuracy and attention to detail, must have organizational skills
• Independent problem solver with troubleshooting, decision making and analytical skills
• Requires limited supervision, Self-motivated, Self-starter
• Demonstrated ability to communicate to nontechnical audience on technical issues
• Demonstrated ability to communicate on a technical level to a technical audience

High skill level and experience is required for the following: (MUST HAVE)

• Minimum 7 years advanced Linux System Administration (Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.X/7.X)
• Application installation, support, testing, and troubleshooting
• High level of customer service attitude
• Advanced communication
• VMware System Administration (vSphere 5.X/6.X)
• VMware vCloud/vRealize
