Assignment Description:
The Senior Manager, HRIS will be responsible for the transformation of the HRIS function from the current transactional state to a future state with focus on automated processes and employee/manager self-service. Key areas include project management of ongoing implementation projects (e.g., Success Factors), identification and implementation of technologies that will drive automation and employee/manager self-service, and development of an HR dashboard with relevant and useful metrics for HR and senior management.
The successful candidate will have HRIS experience, project planning/management experience, and change management capabilities, including the ability to assess and develop team talent to support the future state of the function. Must have SAP HRM and Success Factors experience. Must have Management/Team Lead experience.
• Minimum 5 years of HRIS, information technology, or related experience.
• Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree or HR certification a plus.
• Technical and functional systems expertise (SAP and PeopleSoft).
• Proven track-record with regard to project management, system implementation and integration.
• Strong analytical and creative problem solving skills.
• Experience with talent assessment, team building and team management.
* Summary of Work:Must have SAP HRM experience, Success Factors, and have been a team lead/manager.
• Evaluate the function's current responsibilities, including data entry and report generation. Identify key areas of focus to improve operational excellence in Human Capital Technology delivery, and recommend and implement opportunities to streamline and automate processes
.• Strategically partner with IT on the implementation of Success Factors and other systems solutions, including but not limited to employee/manager self-service. Develop partnerships with Payroll and Finance to ensure coordinated efforts on key deliverables.
