Job Title: Workforce Developer
Work Location: Richmond, VA
Technical/Functional Skills
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
· 3+ years of experience workforce software development role.
· Experience with application configuration.
· Experience in working with a proprietary programming language.
· Strong SQL and XML skills.
· Familiarity with business applications and the Microsoft Office suite.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Works well as a team member or individually.
· Knowledge of HR, Payroll, or Time & Attendance is an advantage.
· Logical and technical mindset for analyzing problems and identifying root causes.
Roles & Responsibilities
· Configure Workforce Suite, which includes setup functions, screen layouts, workflows and calculations, per detailed customer specifications
· Write complex formulas that leverage mathematical and/or programming skills
· Perform unit and system testing of configured application
· Collaborate with team members to complete project assignments by set deadlines
· Provide configuration training to clients, as needed
Generic Managerial Skills
· Ability to prioritize and work on multiple tasks simultaneously
· Strong communication and organizational skills
· Ability to multi-task, prioritize and execute on assigned deliverables
· Ability to quickly learn new systems and business processes
