Skills and Responsibilities:

 

-Remedy Consultant This person will responsible for workflow design, technical solution, application enhancements, architecture solution and developing and maintaining integration with the ITSM system.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in BMC Remedy development and support- Experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) and ITIL.
- Experience in SQL and Scripting
- Good communication skills
