Job Description
Role: SAP OER/EM Functional Consultant
Location: Redmond, WA
Duration: 12 months, Extendable
Hiring: Contract
Job Responsibilities:
· Configuration of SAP OER and EM solutions
· Writing high-quality functional specifications
· Drives through ambiguity, self-motivated, thrives with minimal supervision
· Takes ownership with a willingness to "do what it takes" to get the job done
· Utilize experience driving projects to successful completion
Minimum Qualifications:
· At least 8 years of SAP experience
· At least 2 years of SAP OER (Object Event Repository)
· At least 2 years of SAP EM (Event Management) experience including blueprinting and configuration experience
· Experience from at least 2-3 full lifecycle implementation experience
· Experience from at least 1 full lifecycle OER implementation experience
· Experience in SAP Event Management / OER configuration including Event Handler, Application Object Type and Event Messages
· Understanding of Track & Trace processes, event notification, monitoring, analysis etc.
· Expertise in integration between ECC and EM for logistic processes
· Hands-on experience with Alert Management and rule management within EM
· Integration of events to SAP EM using IDOCS / BAPI
· Expertise on configuring different EM attributes (System, Control, Info) and WebUI Reporting
· Demonstrable knowledge of supply chain logistics processes
· Knowledge of AII (Auto ID Infrastructure) and SAP Advanced Track and Trace for Pharma (ATTP) is a plus
· Demonstrated strong troubleshooting skills to be able to identify and fix bugs that arise in unit test, system integration test, user acceptance test.
· Experience in creation of test cases for system integration test and user acceptance test using the business process documentation and user stories.
· Familiar with SDLC, Agile, Lean, SCRUM, KanBan or similar development/implementation Methodologies
· Effective verbal communication and cross-group collaboration skills
· Skilled in writing high-quality functional specifications
· Drives through ambiguity, self-motivated, thrives with minimal supervision
· Confident, takes ownership, willingness to "do what it takes" to get the job done
· Proven experience driving projects to successful completion
· Advanced ABAP debugging skills
· Backend SAP integration knowledge
