Job Description

·         The Sr. System Engineer will function as a hybrid Sys Engineer and enterprise level Sys Admin in terms of managing and engineering outside the software and more involved in the UCS chassis' and UCS environments.  

·         The resource must have advanced Active Directory experience and should be more of an architect level Engineer.

 

The Senior System Engineer will be supporting mainly projects such as: 

·            AD Standardization, optimization and health of the AD

·            AD security remediation

·            PCI assessment and remediation

·            VMWare upgrades and deployment

·            Migration from ADS to AD connect/ Office 365

 

Technologies Required:

·         VMWare

·         Active Directory

·         Office 365

·         Azure – Cloud integration with Azure, ADS and ADS connect

 

*There will not be much hardware work. 

Some Details about the Environment

·         Heavy VMware

·         Heavy adopter of UCS Flexpod / NetApp house

·         Backup using Commvault software

·         Network - Cisco switching and Juniper firewalls.

·         Office 365 is fully deployed
