Hartford (CT) or San Jose CA or Chicago IL or NY-NJ or Dallas TX

 

Skillset required:

1.            Good knowledge and hands on experience in Genesys implementation, like installation of Genesys AND servers, building call flows and troubleshooting

2.            Good knowledge on CUCM and Genesys integration, Phone configuration!

3.            Good knowledge on GVP.

4.            Good knowledge on  concepts and Integration.

5.            Knowledge on NICE integration

 

Responsibilities will be as below:

1.            Installation and configuration of Genesys T-Servers for integrating with Cisco CUCM.

                CIMPLICITY DESKTOP integration with CISCO IP Softphone

                CISCO IP Softphone, CISCO Hard-Phone integration and functionality testing
