Job Description:   Performs highly complex technical computer programming work in the application development section of Information Technology. Work involves interpreting system requirements to develop programs for computer applications, writing complete solution programs for complex problems, maintain existing systems, documenting methods and procedures used in program development, and testing, correcting and revising programs. Work is performed under limited supervision with considerable latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment in carrying out programming assignments.

4          Experience with Applications Development

2          Experience Developing Web Applications using ASP.Net in a Microsoft Windows Environment.

4          APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT EXPERIENCE IN THE .NET ENVIRONMENT USING C#, VB.NET, AND ADO.NET

1          VISUAL STUDIO 2010 OR NEWER

2          MICROSOFT SQL SERVER 2008 OR NEWER

2          EXPERIENCE WRITING TSQL

2          PARTICIPATION IN THE FULL DEVELOPMENT LIFE CYCLE OF PRODUCT/APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT

2          CLIENT SIDE WEB TECHNOLOGIES INCLUDING HTML, CSS, AND JAVASCRIPT

2          JQUERY AND ENTITY FRAMEWORK
