Job Description :
We need candidates with Ruby on Rails 8+ yrs of experience

· Experience designing, implementing, and deploying architectures at scale in a production environment as a technical lead 
· Experience performing code reviews, enforcing coding standards, mentoring junior developers, and managing technical resources using agile methodologies 
· Well versed in gems/plugins, Ruby on Rails (and web applications in general), REST API interactions, and data modeling
