SR. Digital Business System Analyst

Must have:
1. Hands-on experience and very strong working knowledge of AEM (Adobe Experience Manager), specifically in the Authoring environment. Minimum 4 years' experience doing 2 or more of the following:
* Providing ongoing BA support to authors using the tool (troubleshooting, defect resolution)
* Creating content in the AEM authoring environment for production release
* BA for migration from another CMS to AEM
2. 5+ years in an investment services firm
3. Experience working on a website (ie. MFS.com) is a HUGE plus
job Summary:
The Senior Business Systems Analyst will have a prominent role in gathering and documenting requirements for a wide variety of 'Run-The-Business' tools, web pages, applications and microsites that tie back to our corporate web site properties. This work, depending on project and work need, will be completed following either the Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodology.
Independently meet with management and business partners at all levels of the organization to gather business requirements. Develop and maintain specifications artifacts that clearly outline the key requirements elicited from business users. Work with Enterprise Architecture Team (EA), Enterprise Information Management (EIM), external vendors and internal IT development resources to develop, test, and deploy web site code and systems, including integrations with MFS custom developed internal and external vendor systems.
Principal Responsibilities:
• Meet with key stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements related to enhancements for MFS.com and maintaining support to MFS.com and related systems. Deliver world-class digital solutions aligned with MFS goals and strategies.
• Create business requirement artifacts including but not limited to User Stories (including Steps of Doneness), annotated wireframes, BRD's, FSD's, detailed work flow diagrams, use cases, business process flows, data flow diagrams
• Work to understand internal client's business needs above and beyond the immediate requirements and convert them into functional specifications. Work with business units, Enterprise Information Management (EIM) and the Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO) to determine timetable for completing requests
• Liaison between business units, Enterprise Architecture (EA), EIM and project teams to ensure proper implementation of requirements within the expected timeframe. Communicate any material modifications of the business requirements to impacted teams
• Document data modeling requirements for enterprise integration. Work with EIM to establish and enforce relevant standards and procedures for data governance
• Partner with EA and EIM to ensure project related work is adhering to data quality and data governance guidelines
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline with 5+ yrs. professional experience in web / application technology, ideally working for an investment management firm.
• Hands-on experience and strong working knowledge of AEM (Adobe Experience Manager), specifically in the Authoring environment
• Through work as a dedicated member of a scrum team, have a strong working knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodology. 2+ years' experience is preferred.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with ability to negotiate and influence critical decisions
• Ability to write clear and concise business requirements for enterprise wide initiatives
• Ability to present technical concepts in business terms when eliciting, validating and prioritizing requirements
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks under tight deadlines
• Proven analytical skills and demonstrated ability to make independent decisions
• Proven ability to develop creative solutions to meet business needs
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with staff at all organizational levels.
• Self-motivated individual who has the ability to work well in a challenging, fast-paced, dynamic and collaborative team environment.
Desired Qualifications:
• Experience with Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, and WebTrends
• Experience with JIRA for scrum story management and Confluence Wiki for documenting supporting requirements
• Experience working on web-based projects that fulfill a regulatory requirement
• Marketing background preferred, but not required
• Experience managing all phases of a code push cycle for web-based releases
• Familiar with organizing / implementing training programs and the creation of training guides
• BSA experience as a member of a larger team that was responsible for the design, development, implementation and testing of corporate web site properties, for both the desktop and mobile platforms
• Familiarity with user experience best practices that include but are not limited to prototyping, research methods, usability testing, human factors design, and localization / globalization
• Experience with Teamsite content management system
