Title: Salesforce Architect

Location: Los Angeles, CA

Mode: Phone

·         Experience in Salesforce (SFDC) Sales and Service Cloud, application development, customizing user interfaces & business logic.

·         Full life-cycle software development (SDLC) experience delivering new products, features, platforms starting from conceptual level, architecture, database design through maintenance stage in high technology.

·         Gathering requirements from users, system analysis & design, workflow development, database design, overseeing development, enhancing systems for future growth, streamlining business processes, system configuration, evaluating new technologies etc.

·         Collaborating with Product Managers, Finance team, Architects and DBA's for implementing new features and application enhancements.

·         The ideal candidate must have working experience as Solution Architect and UX Specialist.

 

Resource Requirements:

·         5-6 years of Salesforce experience

·         2+ years of Call Center and Healthcare experience

·         Ability to work onsite at Los Angeles

 

Project:

·         Architect and design a Salesforce application for a Call Center (Service Cloud) from scratch.

·         The project will use iterative development methodology and be deployed in sprints.

·         The project team will include internal and external resources from Client, other vendors and potentially Salesforce.

 

The CRM will have to:

·         Integrate with the Client's Phone system to help identify callers (Cisco)

·         Store Contact, Case and Activity information related to all calls

·         Perform Case management

·         Integrate with internal and external data sources (web services, batch integration)

·         Provide state mandated reporting
