Seeking an experienced Microsoft CRM Dynamics developer to join our team in Baltimore, MD. The position will report to the Director of IT applications and will be accountable for developing new as well as sustaining existing application programs that support the business model in Dynamics CRM Online 2015.
Must Haves for position:
- Mid Level to Sr. experience with Microsoft Dynamics
- Understanding of relational database structure
- Knowledge of object oriented programming
- Understanding of Agile methodology
- Will need to be able to adapt, and be comfortable working with little to no supervision.
- Have effective communication skills.
Requirements:
• 4+ years developing on the MS Dynamics CRM platform
• 4+ years JavaScript and XML experience
• Well versed in C# and .NET with previous development experience
• Must be proficient with Dynamics CRM workflows, plugins, entities, lead management, case management, and roles
• Good team player, with strong communication skills and a passion for collaboration
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environment with minimal direction
Additional desired skills:
• Experience with agile/scrum methodologies
• Technical experience with Oracle or SQL Server preferred
• Dynamics CRM certifications
• Other MS related technologies such as WCF, Sharepoint, Great Plains, etc.
Primary position responsibilities:
• Work within a small, experienced energetic team on rapid, agile development schedule
• Analyze and understand business problems, opportunities and priorities in the context of the requirements and recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals
• Create solutions, specifically plugins, workflows, entities, forms, views, etc.
• Makes modifications and changes to existing programs and procedures as required to satisfy requests
• Work on integration projects and data migrations as needed
• Troubleshoot and resolve software bugs, data and system configuration issues that arise in production or as part of new development efforts
