Position Overview
The position requires Project Managers [Data Center] who can develop, clarify and manage the scope of the project, define contract deliverables and actively involved in Project SoW and complete scope. He/ She should ensure high standards of project management & best practices are applied in all projects. The position requires monitoring the project costs/ensure delivery on time and within budgetary guidelines, perform cost/benefit analysis of actions and initiatives.
Experience
· Preferred 7-10 years of project management experience
· Must have extensive experience managing large-scale Data Center projects.
· Minimum of 2 years of data center specific Project Management experience including storage, backup, servers and cloud technologies
· Strong background within infrastructure required.
· Experience in managing diverse and multiple cross functional teams of size up to 20-30 individuals and have a responsibility that includes:
· Ensures customer satisfaction and manages stakeholders expectations well
· Consistently strive to deliver results and show enthusiasm
· Great communicator & express ideas clearly and concisely
· Managing team motivation levels.
· Resource planning and balanced resource utilization across different projects
