Job Description:
The Department of Corrections (DOC) is requesting an experienced IT resource for the purpose of completing the upgrade of IBM Websphere Portal and Web Content Management (WCM) from version 6.1.5 to 8.5.5 for all environments (DEV, UAT Delivery, UAT Authoring, PRD Delivery, PRD Authoring) in a clustered environment.
Candidate must have strong experience with 8.5 Installation, troubleshooting, testing and performance configuration on a 2 node clustered environment. Also must have experience in the set-up and configuration of Remote Search, PAA, SPNEGO, Property Extension DB, WCM export/import and theme customization .
IBM WebSphere Portal
Design/implementation of portal WCM Components *Experience needed 8 Yrs.
Develop an Websphere Portal installation or upgrade plan * Experience needed 8 Yrs.
Experience as Technical lead for Websphere Portal conversion * Experience needed 8 Yrs.
Experience Designing and Implementing IBM WebSphere Portal Security * Experience needed 0 Yrs.
Experience in administrating Websphere Clustered environment (multi node) * Experience needed 8 Yrs.
Experience leading IBM WebSphere Portal Implementation * Experience needed 8 Yrs.
Experience upgrading IBM Websphere Portal from 6.x to 8.x * Experience needed 1.5 Yrs.
Experience Websphere Application Server and Websphere portal installation and configuration * Experience needed 8 Yrs.
Experience working with IBM WebSphere Portal tech support * Experience needed 8 Yrs.
IBM WebSphere Portal problem resolution and debugging skills * Experience needed 8 Yrs.
Knowledge of IBM WebSphere Portal data model and table structures to help design scripts to automate * Experience needed 8 Yrs.
