Requirements

8+ years' experience in IT, Networking, and Telecommunications

5 + years' experience with Cisco Unified Communications products

Hands-on configuration experience with Cisco UC products

Dial Plan configuration

Cisco Unified Communications Manager version 10.X , 11,X

Cisco Voice Gateways

Cisco endpoints (IP phones and soft endpoints)

Voicemail

SIP

5 + years' experience with Cisco LAN/WAN Products

Catalyst 4500, 6500 series

Cisco 3750s (core) and 2960s (access layer)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills required

Excellent customer relationship skills required

Cisco CCVP or CCNP-Voice strongly desired

Cisco CCNP strongly desired

Cisco Wireless experience strongly desired
