Job Title:               (C# or Java or .Net Developer)(No H1 B or Opts) Location:               Charlotte, NC Duration:                Long Term   Job Description:- Please Send The candidate with Long Term   We're looking for an extremely high-caliber Staff Engineer who has extensive experience leading the build-out of large, scalable systems.  The majority of your time will be spent coding.  This position will not have direct reports but we need someone who has been a leader, if for no other reason than they're one of the best Engineers at their company.   This candidate will have demonstrated a true passion for technology by having: published mobile apps, a well-developed GitHub account, a tech blog that others follow, or something similar.     A brief introduction on us: We're highly selective = you'll be working with other great Software Engineers We're profitable = we can afford the latest technologies and some very impressive benefits and perks We have 300 employees = minimal bureaucracy A sample of what you might be doing: Mentor and guide others on the team Develop complex algorithms, on a daily basis, to solve business needs (e.g. how to match a customer to the best possible partner given the strict criteria of both)     Work hand-in-hand with the business on the best way to solve problems (one day you could be improving the performance of the customer experience, the next you might be developing functionality that provides complex analytics for the business)     Leveraging the latest technologies (Mongo, Redis, Kafka, etc.) to build enterprise-wide, scalable systems What we're looking for: Expert in the programming language(s) of your choice Strong design sense at the code and system level.  Your architectures scale You choose the right data structures and algorithms – and you know why it matters You have at least 4 yrs.
