Job Responsibilities
· Configuration and Deployment of UCM Servers
· Dial Plan and endpoint configurations
· Voice Gateway configuration and deployment
· Troubleshooting
o Implementation of Cisco LAN/WAN Infrastructure
· Switch & Routing Configuration and Deployment
· Network Migrations
· Testing and Troubleshooting
Job Requirements
· 8+ years' experience in IT, Networking, and Telecommunications
· 5 + years' experience with Cisco Unified Communications products
· Hands-on configuration experience with Cisco UC products
· Dial Plan configuration
· Cisco Unified Communications Manager version 10.X , 11,X
· Cisco Voice Gateways
· Cisco endpoints (IP phones and soft endpoints)
· Voicemail
· SIP
· 5 + years' experience with Cisco LAN/WAN Products
· Catalyst 4500, 6500 series
· Cisco 3750s (core) and 2960s (access layer)
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
· Excellent customer relationship skills required
· Cisco CCVP or CCNP-Voice strongly desired
· Cisco CCNP strongly desired
· Cisco Wireless experience strongly desired
