Client – Maricopa County  (Very Urgent)

Duration – 7+ months

$45/-hr c2c

 

Candidates must be local to Arizona.

 

Also, candidates need to have either Remedy or ServiceNow experience (they will train the candidate on Axios).

 

We are partnered with a client based in Phoenix, AZ that is looking to hire an ITSM Administrator/Configuration Analyst.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the core Axios assyst system configuration implemented by our client. Axios assyst is an IT Service Management (ITSM) enterprise automation solution covering all ITIL® service delivery and support processes.

• Gathering and documenting user and process requirements, functional requirements, and developing technical requirements. Developing workflow customizations, and supporting the Service transformation teams.
• The candidate will be have an understanding of Axios assist, ServiceNow and/or BMC Remedy functionality and how all ITIL processes can be implemented in the system. This includes, but is not limited to, Incident Management, Change Management, Problem, Asset Management, CMDB Management, Service Catalog, HR, and Problem Management modules.
• The Axios assyst Administrator will work closely with business and IT teams to gather input to support ongoing business needs for Axios assyst configuration, implementation and support.

Minimum Experience

• 7+ years working as a BA and/or PM within a large IT organization.
• 3+ years working in the Axios assist, ServiceNow and/or BMC Remedy platform in an Admin/Developer capacity.
• Ability to wear multiple hats i.e. Business Analyst, Interim Project Manager, Admin/Developer, and tester as required; skill to effectively analyze and solve problems
• Have a good understanding of database technologies & table structures. This includes strong SQL skills with a good understanding of database technologies, table structures and SQL query syntax.
• Strong Excel skills, particularly in the area of data manipulation are desired.
