Role: UI/UX Designer

Location: Redmond, WA

Client: Wipro

 Top 3 must-have hard skills
1 Expert Photoshop – layered PSD files
Expert Illustrator – ability to create quality vector images and SVG files
2 Familiar with Responsive Design principles
3 Basic UI design - knowing how things like menus, tabs, forms, modal and non-modal dialogs, mode switching, multi-select/single select controls work and how to use them

 

JD:

• Expert Photoshop – layered PSD files
• Expert Illustrator – ability to create quality vector images and SVG files
• Intermediate to Expert After Affects – ability to create animations for use in web sites and social channels
• Web development tools – code development, git and popular dev frameworks. 
• Website layouts – responsive design, gaming experience a strong plus. 
• Social channel content - graphic design for various social outlets. 
• Familiar with Responsive Design principles
• Familiar with incorporating popular/common web features in designs
• Basic UI design - knowing how things like menus, tabs, forms, modal and non-modal dialogs, mode switching, multi-select/single select controls work and how to use them
• Sense of design aesthetics
• Color theory
• Typography 
• Great communication skills
• Preferably someone who has designed for gaming sites before
Coding – Java, CSS, HTML
Previous Microsoft experience – Large corporation experience – reduce ramp up time with internal processes 
Meeting deadlines
Quality of work 
Positive feedback on design work
