Job Details: Contribute in requirements elicitation, creation of application architecture document and creation of design artifacts; deliver high quality codes, support activities related to implementation and transition; interface with internal team and key stakeholders; analyze and resolve issues to ensure high quality deliverables at each stage of SDLC WITHIN the guidelines, policies and norms of Infosys. 

Must Have Skills (Top 3 technical skills only)*
1. Genesys 2..Net Development (C#)
3. Integration of solution with Genesys using SDK

Nice to have skills (Top 2 only)
1. Ranorex
2. Hammer
Desired years of experience*:7+ years
Education/ Certifications (Required): Bachelors of Engineering or equivalent 

 

Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the subcon to shoulder and execute*:
Design review and changes required for the solution
2. Develop solution using .Net(C#) as per the design
3. Integrate the .net component with tools like Hammer/Ranorex and Genesys environment
