Technical Skills & Knowledge:
Primary Skills: developing applications on android platform
Responsibilities:
7+ yrs of experience in IT industry with experience in designing and developing applications on android platform
Experience designing and developing native Android applications
Previous Mobile development experience in a professional environment
Strong hands on development experience using Java, multiple versions of the Android SDK (2.2 – current)
Experience with multiple mobile platforms and cross browser strategies is highly preferred
Experience consuming JSON/REST or SOAP web services and communicating with systems
Familiar with Agile methodologies, like Scrum
Understanding and appreciation for Agile development methodologies
Passion for software development and clean design
Demonstrate technical leadership as well as exceptional people management skills.
Design complex systems and lead the technical solution of projects
Work closely with our product and design teams to define feature specifications
Be responsible for the code quality on your team
Successfully own and execute projects; ensuring that project deliverables are on time and meet or exceed
