Job Description:
Skills
· 8+ years of IT experience
· 8+ years of hands on experience in Java/J2EE, XML and web service integration (SOAP & REST)
· Good understanding of integration projects, challenges and Background in Java/J2EE
· Willing to code for 50% of the time
· Min 4+ years of PM/PL experience in leading small teams
· Min 4+ years' experience in Mule ESB projects.
· Experience in other ESB projects will be an added advantage
· Experience in release planning, trackers maintenance, risk mitigation / resolution and track record of fool proof delivery
· Good experience in working with offshore and geographically diversified teams
· Good understanding and hands on experience in Agile
· Good experience in tracking and providing various project matrix and status reports
· Good experience in coordination and setting up meetings with various team players and project stake holders
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
· Responsibilities
· Coding / technical deliverables for 50% of the time.
· 50% time will be utilized for various PM activities like
· Monitor and control project along the full project lifecycle in line with Ness / PMI Project Management methodology and best practices, in particular:
· Drive project life cycle from initiation to production and lessons learned for each of the projects.
· Ensure excellent coordination / communication between all stakeholders in all branches of the organization.
· Ensure excellent cross-functional and cross-site coordination as necessary for specific projects.
· Ensure that project priorities remain aligned with the business priorities as defined by the project justification.
· Ensure project deliverables are delivered to the quality and schedule committed as per project management plan.
· Ensure accurate tracking of time spent through application of timer activity reporting and in communication of guidelines for time reporting.
· Ensure accurate and effective communication and reporting of key project parameters to all project stakeholders
