Client: Idaho Dept. Of Health & Welfare

 

Expected Deliverables

Designs, plans and coordinates work teams, develops project charter, work plans, schedule and budgets.  Provides support to project team members and relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.  Projects may be managed and executed as Waterfall, Agile, Scrum or combinations and variations thereof.

·     Produce strategy documents

·     Produce project plans

·     Analyze and provide detailed reports on potential solutions

·     Draft necessary documentation to provide the technical details in order to produce RFPs, ITB or other related documents

Work with the teams to ensure clear understanding of needs

 

Skills

Ten years of relevant experience required.

Four year college degree

·         Planning, development and implementation and evaluation of complex enterprise projects.

·         Basic understanding of databases and software development technologies.

·         Extensive experience analyzing software solutions

·         Extensive experience estimating work load and project scope to ensure accurate timelines.

·         Identify decision-making issues and key stakeholders, develop and implement strategies to encourage and obtain stakeholder and/or community awareness and support, and identify project partners.

·         Experience interpreting and explaining specialized or complex material into information usable by the public.

·         Experience developing and monitoring contracts.

·         This is an expert-level project manager and the viable candidate must be an expert in project management, including planning, development, implementation and evaluation of large, complex projects.

May supervise contractors and provide direction to large and diverse project teams.
