Role : Linux Admin/Engineer with Programming Experience
Location : Waukesha,WI
Duration : 12Months
Experience : 10+Years

The team is working on a redesign of the installation and configuration mechanism of the MR software.
This work will include reverse engineering the current installer mechanism, and setting up a new API based installation and configuration mechanism for both the application and OS layers.
The team will be using a combination of Perl/Bash/Java-Spring to generate APIs and automation tools to remove as much user interaction from the installation process as possible.
• Experience with Linux containers and cgroups
• Experience in multiple file systems
• Apache/Tomcat management experience
• Experience with security in Linux environments and programming
• Experience in Microsoft Office
• Experience in a medically regulated environment
Linux: Experience in the installation, configuration, and overall management of a Linux system; system level programming, and automating these types of operations.
Redhat based OS Perl / Bash: Perl and Bash scripts, regular expressions and Linux system commands. Java: Java Spring, API development, using a combination of Perl, and/or Java, inside an apache or tomcat environment.
