7-10 years of IT experience with advanced knowledge and in-depth understanding of Teamcenter Infrastructure Issues
Candidate will be responsible for the support of the TeamCenter (TC) application, including tuning and enhancing reliability of existing infrastructure. The candidate must collaborate across all the infrastructure groups as well as the application teams. Responsibilities:
â¿¢ Engineer (plan, test, document, and in some cases automate) the configuration, deployment and integration of TC with legacy systems.
¿¢ TC problem determination and resolution. â¿¢ TC Performance monitoring and tuning.
â¿¢ Operational support staff training.
â¿¢ Create automation for infrastructure provisioning where possible.
â¿¢ Lead and direct the development of support guidelines and procedures with participation from Operational support staff and Architects.
â¿¢ Lead the development and implementation for HA and DR solutions. Define multi-site backup and replication solutions
