Required Skills:
Must have healthcare experience, does not need to have CMS, but recent healthcare industry, and should be at least a few years worth
advanced experience in developing C# from scratch, MVC 5.0 preferred, 4.0 is acceptable. Back end and front end development.
The easier we can make it on Fei to hire these candidates the quicker this will move.
Good comm skills, they told me at least an 8/10
Interview process: phone with recruiter, followed by phone with a manager and a coding test via skype, followed by f2f panel interview of 3 or 4 (not on Friday's) takes around 2hrs
This individual works in a team environment and should be capable of designing and developing solutions for our customers. They will be required to communicate software designs to team members and monitor its progress. They will also be required to work closely with and mentor other engineers on the team.
General Experience:
• Knowledge of Object Oriented (OO) design patterns.
• Experience with Domain Driven Design (DDD).
• Understanding of Service Oriented Architecture.
• Experience developing unit tests.
• Experience with test driven development.
Required Skills:
• Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience AND;
• 7 or more years of experience developing ASP.NET applications.
• Experience in collaborative teams using revision control systems e.g. Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS).
• Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude.
• Knowledge of object-oriented design patterns.
• Self-motivated individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent problem solving skills.
• A willingness to work independently or in a team oriented environment both efficiently and courteously.
• Ability to work with and mentor junior developers.
Technology Experience:
• .NET 4 and C# programming language.
• HTML (preferably HTML5), JQuery, CSS3.
• Windows Communication Foundation (WCF).
• NUnit Unit Testing Framework.
• Knowledge of ASP.NET MVC.
