We are looking for senior Salesforce Developer to work at Phoenix, AZ/West Point, PA, Billerica, MA .

Title: Senior Salesforce Developer

Location: Phoenix, AZ ,West Point, PA, Billerica, MA (Candidate must be flexible on all three locations)

Start: ASAP

 

Required Skill

·         6+ years development experience with Apex, VisualForce and Force.com.

·         Ability to create workflow rules, web services, approval processes, and formula fields to automate complex business processes.

·         Expert understanding of user-centered design methods and best practices. Good practical understanding of force.com technology and its application.

·         Good understanding of technology and tools used for force.com development i.e., Eclipse, Workbench etc.

·         Understanding of key SFDC architectural concepts (e.g. API and governor limits).

 

Certification:

·         Must have Salesforce.com Certified

·         Administrator, Salesforce.com Certified Developer.

·         Good to have Salesforce.com Certified Advanced Developer, Salesforce.com

·         Sales/Service Cloud Certifications.

 

Nice to have skills:-

• Service Max & Java Experience.

• Experience in managing atleast 2 full life cycle CRM Implementations of CRM Solutions.

• Experience in onsite functional or technical roles on at least two full-lifecycle SFDC implementations in Sales, Service or Marketing Cloud.

• Experience in working in Onsite & Offshore Development Environment.

• SSO and web services experience

• Thrive in a highly collaborative, fast-paced, agile environment.

 

Roles/Responsibilities

 

·         Good practical understanding of force.com technology and its application.

·         Ability to lead and manage large design & force.com development initiatives in offshoring development model.

·         Works under general supervision with few direct instructions. Provides input to project-related decisions.

·         Ability to play a role of an individual contributor in the design & development of CRM Solutions.

·         Integrating Salesforce.com with 3^rd party solutions.

·         Use custom report types, analytic snapshots, complex charting, custom summary formulas, bucketing, joined reports, and cross filters to build reports that meet complex business requirements.
