Job Overview:

Client is seeking a Development Lead to work with Master Data Management implementations and other data integration solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background leading MDM implementations along with excellent leadership skills

Position Overview for the Development Lead:

• Work closely with architects and offshore technical teams
• Play an integral role in the design of Master Data Management and the interaction of MDM with other systems

Required Skills for the Development Lead:

• Hands on experience with IBM MDM Advanced Edition
• Previous experience in a team lead capacity
• Experience leading at least 2 large scale implementations
• Strong knowledge and experience with Informatica ETL tools, IBM BPM, SOA development tools, and related tools
• Understanding of Agile development methodology (Scrum and Kanban)
• Experience with IBM CDC and/or IDR data integration tool
