Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic marketing analytics expert to help our client with their loyalty analytics.
· Leverage data and analytics to identify and develop innovative and out-of-the-box personalization strategies to test across customer cohorts, this may include new types of offers, multi-channel contact cadence, messaging, external partnerships, etc
· Size and scope customer growth opportunities, analysis to support business case and partnering with segment/program owners to design test pilot
· Leverage analytics to support next-generation loyalty program design
· Conduct hypothesis-driven analysis within customer cohorts that surface growth opportunities for partner merchants --- this may include helping rethink assortment, localization, circular strategy, vendor opportunities, and more…
· Own execution and delivery of analytical projects and insights to internal business partners and presenting to the leadership
· Help and direct others on projects, including project management, business problem solving, guidance on methodologies and quality assurance of results
· Synthesizes the results and presents to internal and external stakeholders, including Sr. Management, in a top-down manner
Required Qualifications:
· 5+ years experience in customer analysis and insight development, customer behavioral analytics, database marketing, marketing research or related field
· 3+ years of Analytic team management/ leadership experience, with demonstrated growth and progressive responsibility overtime
· Strategy & Analytics experience in retail, consumer packaged goods, OR related consulting environment.
· Educational background in a quantitative field (e.g., math, statistics, economics, operations research) coupled with strong business acumen
· Experience with wide variety of Advanced Analytics techniques; statistical analysis skills strongly preferred;
· Deep SQL knowledge and experience is a requirement.
