Description:
· The Office of Special Counsel's IT team is currently engaged in several projects related to creating and maintaining an Azure and an Office 365 Government Cloud environments for all OSC business communications, records storage, and case management.
· The Office of Special Counsel (OSC) requires a contractor with extensive expertise in cloud-based and client-server based applications and operating systems to provide support, over the phone or in person. Only local Travel is anticipated.
JOB DUTIES:
Ø Perform administration and troubleshooting of Microsoft SharePoint farm in Azure
Ø Configure Microsoft SharePoint farm in Azure
Ø Support OSC's external, public website running on the SharePoint farm in Azure
Ø Perform administration and troubleshooting of ADFS in Azure
Ø General infrastructure support of OSC's on premise datacenter server environment
Ø Support of the Microsoft Azure government cloud tenant
Ø Support of the applications and services in Microsoft Azure government cloud
Ø Support of the application suite within Microsoft Office 365 Government Cloud (e.g., Microsoft Exchange, Skype for Business, etc.)
Ø Configuration of the Office 365 Exchange to meet government records retention requirements
Ø Support OSC's internal portal and website running on SharePoint Online
Ø Assist with OneDrive for Business/team sites on SharePoint Online script mapping, migration and troubleshooting as requested
Ø Provide data backup of the various environments as needed
