POSITION: DevOps Manager

LOCATION: Plano, TX.

DURATION: 6 MONTHS

 

MUST HAVE THREE PROFESSIONAL REFERENCES

 

SKILLS:

• The right person will be brought in to help mentor an existing permanent employee at the client site that will be promoted into a Mgr role once the person is coached and the VP feels that person is ready.
• The ideal mentor will be a person that has "been there - done that" in the world of DevOps.
• This person will not only mentor this certain individual but will also be around to assist and help run the DevOps environment, so really keeping the lights on and operations are running smoothly. The user community should not see customer satisfaction decreased through this period of time.
• With this being said, the person will be a hands on type of a Mgr. They will not only help with keeping the lights on but also will help in making direction/strategy type decisions around tools and processes, while all along teaching the employee the tricks of the trade.
