Title: OTM Developer
Location: Chicago, IL
Duration: Long term Contract Position

Job Description:
· Create design documents to meet business requirements
· Perform the necessary configuration including the design and developments of user agents to support the business requirements in OTM
· Develop functional specifications associated with system enhancements & interfaces
· Develop and execute unit-test and integration test scenarios
· Work with other business process owners, end-users and project team members to effectively implement OTM on schedule
· Complete high and low level design, development, testing and implementation for application solution sets within the Order to Cash business process with focus on OTM execution
· Design and develop OTM reports as well as product extensions as needed, and assist in the integrations with external trading partners
· Work directly with the business team to identify business needs and requirements, scope work efforts, develop and implement solutions, and support business process change
· Effectively builds and maintains internal customer and peer relationships to support effective implementations
· Ensure that the new functionalities and implementations, including configuration changes, are setup and migrated to production following established release management processes
· Provides production support for related Oracle application modules and other operational processes, manages incidents, and takes ownership to resolve issues
· Provide Level 3 support (e.g., break/fix, how to expertise, minor enhancements, monitoring, testing, troubleshooting) for OTM
