Job Title: Voice Engineer 3

Duration: 1+ Year

Location: Columbus OH

4-6 years experience with CISCO Call manager

SIP technology

Understanding of MS Exchange VM

 

Basic Qualifications

·         Bachelor's degree in a technically related field of study

·         4-6 years of IP Telephony / Call center technology experience

·         Complete understanding and expertise with communications protocols such as H323 / SIP/ QoS / QSIG/ G.711 / G.729, SRST, MPLS, AVPN, and private line services from T1, DS3, SIP circuits is required

·         Should have hands on experience and technical knowledge of environments utilizing Cisco IP Telephony, Contact Center and Voice network topology

·         Excellent communications skills (written and verbal) and ability to work both independently and in a group

·         IT Service Management/ServiceNow a plus
