Qualifications
· Hands on experience with Oracle SQL, database object modeling and performance tuning
· 3+ years of relevant Java/J2EE development experience.
· Conducts analysis of user requirements, ensuring that the approach is in line with ESFS development standards.
· Recommends system solutions by identifying key advantages and disadvantages.
· Participates in the full software development cycle by coordinating requirements, contributing to team meetings.
· Writes technical documentation and testing assistance tools.
· Knowledge of Java Script, HTML 5, CSS is a PLUS
· Understanding of agile /waterfall development methodologies and test driven development practices
· Familiarity with service oriented architectures and data warehousing
· Proven track record of delivery
· Strong communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills
· Driven, self-motivated, able to multitask and work under pressure
· Takes full ownership and responsibility for their work and the results
· Keeps up to date on emerging technologies
· Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science or related engineering discipline required
